The Ruger LC9S
The Ruger LC9S is an awesome choice for a light, compact firearm.It features a hardened alloy steel slide and one-piece, high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. This is the new striker-fired version of the original LC9 model. It has an overall length of 6″, and a height of 4.5″, measuring in at a slim .9″ in width.
Ruger has definitely been in-tune with what the public wants in a carry pistol as of late, and the LC9S is proof of that. This model is the slightly larger version of it’s little 380 brother, the LCP. Not much larger though, in fact, it is only 1″ longer and 1″ taller. This makes it perfect to conceal in a purse, or in your pocket!
The Sig Sauer P238
The Sig Sauer P238 is an amazing firearm in a tiny package. You can’t go wrong with Sig Sauer quality, and the P238 definitely shows that. This gun was modeled off of the Colt Mustang, and it’s mini 1911 style is just beautiful. The rosewood grips are definitely a work of art, and the trigger-pull is incomparable in the realm of micro-compact pocket guns. The fact that this firearm has an all metal frame, compared to the majority of pocket guns that use polymer, definitely helps with recoil when shooting. It has an overall length of just 5.5 inches, height of 3.96 inches, and weighing just 15.2 ounces, it definitely is a thing of beauty!
